Drake's Voodoo Chicken |
| Ingredients |
- Drake's Crispy Frymix 4/12.5# Bale
- Chicken Tenders
- Liquid Fry Shortening 35#
- Franks Red Hot Cayenne Sauce
|
1. Prepare batter using equal amounts of Frank's Red Hot Cayenne Sauce and water with Drake's Crispy Frymix.
2. Place chicken tenders into batter coating thoroughly.
3. Remove chicken tenders from the batter mix and place them into a 375 degree deep fat fryer.
4. Fry chicken tenders for approximately 3 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Remove chicken tenders from oil and drain on a paper towel.
6. Serve chicken tenders with Frank's Red Hot Cayenne Sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
