Beef and Veggie Skewers |
| Ingredients |
- 2lb. Sirloin Roast
- Green Bell Peppers
- 4 Small Onions, Quartered
- 8-10 Large Mushrooms
- 10 oz. Drake's Crispy Frymix
- 11 oz. Beer, Room Temperature

Cut sirloin into 1.5" cubes. Using 8" wooden meat skewers; skewer mushroom, pepper, sirloin, onion until stick is about 2/3 filled. Dip in beer batter, coating thoroughly, and deep-fry in preheated 375 degree oil until golden brown. Drain and serve.
