Beer Batter Fish

Ingredients

  • fish fillets, smelt, shrimp, frog legs, or any shellfish/seafood

  • 1 cup Drake's Crispy Frymix

  • 12 oz beer (room temperature)

Clean fish and pat dry. Preheat oil in deep-fryer to 375 degrees. Mix together Crispy Frymix and beer, whisking until thoroughly blended. Dip fish pieces into batter, then into hot oil. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until gold brown. Remove from hot oil and place on wire drying rack. Serve with tartar sauce.
